8.4 Installing the chair scales
 Place scales on an even surface.
 Check if the air bubble of the level is within the prescribed circle.
 If the air bubble in the level is not within the prescribed circle, the wheel
height has to be adjusted, see chap. 9.4.1.
 Check levelling regularly.
