Business calls INSTALLATION - Install the Handset Please insert the one side of the curve receiver line into the jack on the receiver, and insert another side of the curve receiver line into the left jack on the phone base. - Install the Headset Please plug the RJ9 headset into the HEADSET jack on the back of the phone base, which is the smaller one next to the phone line jack.

Business calls numbers of month flash → press △/▽ button to change the month → press SET button to confirm the month and the numbers of date flash → press △/▽ button to change the date → press SET button to confirm the date and the numbers of hour flash → press △/▽ button to change the hour → press SET button to confirm the hour and the numbers of minute flash → press △/▽ button to change the minute → press SET button to confirm the minute, done. The screen will display the correct year, date and time.

Answer Calls This phone has 3 answering methods, you can use the handset, speakerphone and headset to answer the calls.

Business calls speakerphone to answer the call, please press the speakerphone button. Ringer Volume Control Function The ringer volume switch button is on the back of the phone base, you can adjust it in 2 levels(HI/LO) Auto Answering Function To answer the phone automatically, switch the AUTO button (on the back of the phone) to the ON side. When calls come, the phone will just ring one second, and the calls will be received automatically.

Business calls If you don’t want the caller hear you during the call, you can press MUTE, then the caller can’t hear you; To continue the conversation, please press the MUTE again. Review Incoming Call List In standby mode, press △/▽ button to review the incoming phone number list, and you can press △/▽ button to check the incoming phone number one by one. Please note:: Caller ID services from your network provider is required for this product to function.

Business calls Delete Function To exit the set function, please press DEL button; To delete the wrong number entered, please press the DEL button; To delete the phone number in the incoming call list or outgoing call list, please press the DEL button. To delete all the phone number on the incoming or outgoing call lists, please press the DEL button for more than 4 seconds.

Business calls To speed dial the stored phone number, Pick up the handset or press speakerphone button or press headset button → press MEM button → press the corresponding number (0-9), then the phone number will be dialed out automatically. Set and Check VIP Number You can set some important numbers in the incoming or outgoing call list as VIP numbers.The VIP numbers will not be flush away by the newly coming number when memory is full.
