If the Qi charging indicator light is flashing:
Check your device to ensure that it is aligned correctly for Qi charging. The phone should be positioned at the center of the Qi charging pad to the left of the Kensington logo, or it will not charge properly.
If your phone has a case, the case thickness must be less than 3mm for Qi charging.
Place only Qi compatible devices on the Qi charging pad. Avoid placing metal objects, such as coins, keys, watches, or batteries on the Qi charging pad.
If a non-compatible metal object sits on the Qi charging pad, a warning light will flash. Placing credit cards on the pad should also be avoided.
