l. IMPORTANT: NEVER let the Sr Cooker run out of liquid
m. Place the LID (2) on the Sr Cooker
n. Plug the power cord in to the POWER SOCKET (7), then the Sr Cooker into a wall
socket and switch on.
o. The Sr Cooker will „Beep“ once and the „Keep Warm / Cancel“ LED will ash
slowly.
p. Press the „Slow Cook“ buon on the USER CONTROL PANEL (8)
q. The Slow Cook LED Indicator will illuminate.
r. Aer 8 seconds the cooking process will begin.
s. Aer around 2 hours your food will have reached a temperature of about 650C.
This will rise gradually to around 95-980C aer 4 hours. The cooking me in total
will be 8 hours.
t. When the cooking is completed the buzzer will „Beep“ 5 mes and the Sr Cooker
will switch automacally to „Keep Warm“ mode. The LED will illuminate connuo-
usly whilst the unit is le powered on.
NOTE: If your food is not cooked suciently then select the „Slow Cook“ mode
again. You will have to control this manually switching o when you are happy the
food is to your liking.
u. When you are ready to serve the food turn o and unplug the Cooker allowing it
to cool before cleaning.
IMPORTANT: Use Plasc or Wooden utensils to avoid damage to the non sck sur-
faces.
Risoo
a. Place the INNER POT (3) into the BASE UNIT (6). Rotate it both le and right to
ensure it is correctly located. It should come to a stop in both direcons when it is
seated properly.
b. Taking the STIRRER (5) locate it on to the spigot in
the centre of the INNER POT. Make sure that it is cor-
rectly located by twisng it both ways, it should stop
at both direcons if located properly.
c. Add a small amount of cooking oil (around one
tablespoon) to the INNER POT.
d. Place the LID on the Sr Cooker
