l. IMPORTANT: NEVER let the Sr Cooker run out of liquid
m. Place the LID (2) on the Sr Cooker
n. Plug the power cord in to the POWER SOCKET (7), then the Sr Cooker into a wall
socket and switch on.
o. The Sr Cooker will „Beep“ once and the „Keep Warm / Cancel“ LED will ash
slowly.
p. Press the „Slow Cook“ buon on the USER CONTROL PANEL (8)
q. The Slow Cook LED Indicator will illuminate.
r. Aer 8 seconds the cooking process will begin.
s. Aer around 2 hours your food will have reached a temperature of about 650C.
This will rise gradually to around 95-980C aer 4 hours. The cooking me in total
will be 8 hours.
t. When the cooking is completed the buzzer will „Beep“ 5 mes and the Sr Cooker
will switch automacally to „Keep Warmmode. The LED will illuminate connuo-
usly whilst the unit is le powered on.
NOTE: If your food is not cooked suciently then select the „Slow Cook“ mode
again. You will have to control this manually switching o when you are happy the
food is to your liking.
u. When you are ready to serve the food turn o and unplug the Cooker allowing it
to cool before cleaning.
IMPORTANT: Use Plasc or Wooden utensils to avoid damage to the non sck sur-
faces.

a. Place the INNER POT (3) into the BASE UNIT (6). Rotate it both le and right to
ensure it is correctly located. It should come to a stop in both direcons when it is
seated properly.
b. Taking the STIRRER (5) locate it on to the spigot in
the centre of the INNER POT. Make sure that it is cor-
rectly located by twisng it both ways, it should stop
at both direcons if located properly.
c. Add a small amount of cooking oil (around one
tablespoon) to the INNER POT.
d. Place the LID on the Sr Cooker
