Cooking Rice
From the chart below choose the quanty of rice you wish to cook:
NOTE: These tables are for guidance only.
There are many dierent types of rice and
also many dierent brands of a parcular
type. Because of this it is not possible to
precisely advise the quanty of water to
cook the rice as you would like it. Personal
preferences also, of course, vary in this
area. Therefore it is recommended that to
change the level of soness of your cooked
rice you add or reduce the amount of water
that you add by a small amount to cook the
rice exactly as you like it. This has to be by
experimentaon, a lile more water will in-
crease the cooking me and provide soer
rice, less water will have the reverse eect.
7. Use oven mis when handling the lid or the pots of the Sr Cooker as they will
become very hot during cooking and remain hot for some me aerwards, so care
is required at all mes.
8. During and aer use the lid becomes HOT. To prevent a hazard occurring, always
remove the lid slowly with the inside of the lid directed away from you and other
persons so that the steam escapes gradually. Condensaon dropping from the
inside of the lid will also be hot.
