Cooking Rice
From the chart below choose the quanty of rice you wish to cook:
NOTE: These tables are for guidance only.
There are many dierent types of rice and
also many dierent brands of a parcular
type. Because of this it is not possible to
precisely advise the quanty of water to
cook the rice as you would like it. Personal
preferences also, of course, vary in this
area. Therefore it is recommended that to
change the level of soness of your cooked
rice you add or reduce the amount of water
that you add by a small amount to cook the
rice exactly as you like it. This has to be by
experimentaon, a lile more water will in-
crease the cooking me and provide soer
rice, less water will have the reverse eect.
7. Use oven mis when handling the lid or the pots of the Sr Cooker as they will
become very hot during cooking and remain hot for some me aerwards, so care
is required at all mes.
8. During and aer use the lid becomes HOT. To prevent a hazard occurring, always
remove the lid slowly with the inside of the lid directed away from you and other
persons so that the steam escapes gradually. Condensaon dropping from the
inside of the lid will also be hot.
