Step 1 Attach E to C with w. Repeat the same step for remaining parts E/C. E C The slat holes on part E should be facing upward. X2 3 These two holes should be located at the bottom side.
Step 2 T Attach T and S to C with u. Repeat the same step for remaining parts T/S/C.
A Step 3 Screw v into A and u into B, leave half of the thread exposed. 2 1 B Do not completely tighten the bolts, leave half of thread exposed.
Step 4 A C 2 A T Hang C x 2 on A and B as illustrated, don't completely tighten the bolts until STEP 9 is complete.
Step 5 Attach N to Z with x. Repeat this step for all remaining legs Z and N.
A Step 6 C Attach N x 4 to A, B and C x 2 with u.
Step 7 Attach L x 2 to F with u. Repeat the same procedure for remaining parts L x 2 and F.
Step 8 Attach F x 2 to A and B with u .
Step 9 F E Attach K to E X 2 and F X 2 with u Then properly tighten all the bolts. .
Step 10 10.1 Insert P1 into X; 10.2 Press X into E, repeat the same procedure for the opposite side of the bed with a new P1 and X into E. Follow the same procedures going backwards for every row of slats. X X P1 P1 E 10.1 10.2 SLAT WARNING X P1 E Correct: Slat curve should be facing upwards. Incorrect: Slat curve facing downwards.
P1 Y P1 Y F Y P1 P1 F Y Step 11 11.1 Insert Y x 2 onto the free end of both P1 assembled in previous step, Take a new P1 and insert each end into the other free end of Y x 2; 11.2 Press Y x 2 SIMULTANEOUSLY into F x 2 as illustrated. Follow the same procedure going backwards for every row of slats. F 11.1 P1 11.2 SLAT WARNING Correct: Slat curve should be facing upwards. Y Incorrect: Slat curve facing downwards.
