Questionable Data Register
The Questionable Data Register indicates when measurements result in any of the following
conditions by setting the appropriate bit:
Voltage range overload
Current range overload
Out-of-limit conditions
Ohms overload
All of the set bits are summarized to the Questionable Summary Bit (QSB) (B3). A set summary bit
indicates that an enabled questionable event has occurred.
The bits of the Questionable Data Register are described in the following table. Use the
STATus:QUESTionable:ENABle command to set the contents of the Event Enable Registers.
