Sequence Event Register:
 Not used.
 Set bit indicates that instrument operation is in arm layer 1 (PTR),
or that operation has exited from arm layer 1 NTR).
 Set bit indicates that instrument operation is in arm layer 2 (PTR),
or that operation has exited from arm layer 2 NTR).
 Not used.
