AIR250 SEATED LEG CURL OPERATION MANUAL 07 INSTALLATION AND PLACEMENT No assembly required. Place the Air250 Seated Leg Curl on a flat, level surface. Make sure the base of the frame makes full contact with the floor. If gaps are present, relocate the equipment to an even surface. CONNECT THE EQUIPMENT TO THE KEISER AIR SYSTEM Keiser Air System (floor or wall air outlet) WARNING: Never connect equipment to an air source capable of exceeding 120 psi / 8.27 bar.

AIR250 SEATED LEG CURL OPERATION MANUAL 10 DISPLAY FEATURES LINE 1 - RESISTANCE The Resistance window displays the current resistance or OFF. Adjust the resistance using the (+/-) Thumb Buttons located on top of the Thigh Cushion. When the window displays OFF, the machine enters a low power consumption sleep mode to increase battery life. Normal operation may be resumed by pressing either Thumb Button or by inserting the eChip.

Adjustments — Engage and function properly: • Locking Pin (Leg Cushion) • Spring Pin (Thigh Cushion) • Seat Lever • Plunger Knob and Lock Knob (ROM Limiter, if equipped) C. Upholstery — Seat, Seat Back, Thigh, and Leg Cushions have no excessive wear and are free of rips or tears. B.

Pull the Seat Back forward, or lift the lever to move backward, so your knees align with the machine pivot point. 2. Adjust the Leg Cushion to fit above your heel; turn the Locking Pin counter-clockwise to loosen, counter-clockwise to 2 set the position. 3. Pull the Spring Pin to release the Thigh Cushion. Push the Thigh Cushion down so that it fits snugly against your thighs. 3 4.

Set the START position: 1. 1 Set the STOP position: Hold the Exercise Arm with one hand, and with your other hand pull and hold the Plunger Knob to disengage. 2. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury. PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE CAUTION: THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF EQUIPMENT SAFETY CAN ONLY BE ENSURED IF THE EQUIPMENT IS REGULARLY INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE AND WEAR. Immediately replace damaged, worn, or broken parts.

NOTE: If batteries are dead (depleted), the Power Display remains blank. To replace the batteries, refer to Figure 12 and follow the instructions below (no tools required). 1. Unscrew the Brass Nut on the Processor Box. Pull and remove the cover. 2.
