j. Toinstallreplacementitemsthatarenotconsideredcustomerreplaceable.

orfirmwareupdatesorupgrades.

AnyserviceidentifiedintheabovelistandprovidedbyCovertatthecustomer’srequestshallbeinvoicedtothe

customer,atCovert’sthencurrentratesforparts,labor,andshipping.

THEABOVEWARRANTIESAREGIVENBYCOVERTWITHRESPECTTOTHISPRODUCTANDITSRELATED

ITEMSINLIEUOF

ANYOTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSORIMPLIED.COVERTANDITSVENDORSDISCLAIMANYIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOF

MERCHANTABILITYORFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSEORANYSIMILARSTANDARDIMPOSEDBYAPPLICABLE

LEGISLATION.COVERT’SRESPONSIBILITYTOREPAIRORREPLACE,FORDEFECTIVEPRODUCTSANDRELATEDITEMSIS

SOLEANDEXCLUSIVE

REMEDYPROVIDEDTOTHECUSTOMERFORBREACHOFTHESEWARRANTIES.

exclusionsorlimitationonthedurationofimpliedwarrantiesorconditions,sotheabovelimitationsorexclusionsmay
