Allegro I: “I_BREAK_IN”
1. Ramp → minimum flow to 300 ml/min 2½ min.
2. Ramp ← 300 to 650 ml/min 2½ min.
3. Constant→ 700 ml/min 5 min.
4. Constant← 800 ml/min 5 min.
Allegro II: “II_BREAK_IN”
1. Stepped→5 minimum to 10 µl/min 1 min.
2. Stepped←5 10 to 50 µl/min 2 min.
3. Ramp → 50 µl/min to 10 ml/min 3 min.
4. Ramp ← 10 to 200 ml/min 3 min.
5. Stepped→15 200 to 800 ml/min 5 min.
6. Constant→ 850 ml/min 3 min.
7. Constant← 1700 ml/min 3 min.
Allegro III: “III_BREAK_IN”
1. Ramp → minimum to 100 ml/min 2½ min
2. Ramp ← 100 to 250 ml/min 2½ min.
3. Stepped→15 500 to 1000 ml/min 2½ min.
