General information regarding shipping and returns
Returns
Products may only be returned upon prior consent from the vendor. Please contact the Customer Service Department
(phone: [phone] for the proper procedures and an authorization code.
• All Toner, toner cartridges and digital duplicator inks and master and donor rolls issued with personalized labels
cannot be returned to Katun
®
outside the warranty period.
• Returns will only be accepted until 90 days after purchase, excluding returns under warranty or subject of a
claim thereto.
• Packaging which has been marked or written on, relabeled or repackaged, cannot be returned.

Our new and improved program is very simple. We welcome all cores of good condition sent to us, reimbursing you in
case of any specific models, free of any obligations. We even pay for shipping, i.e. including pallet quantities.

BRAND PRODUCTS. MENTIONED BELOW ARE FREE OF
ANY DEFECTS CAUSED BY FAULTY MATERIALS AND MANUFACTURING. ANY CLAIMS CONCERNING THE
WARRANTY OF ANY PRODUCT MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME MENTIONED BELOW. THIS
TERM WILL COMMENCE ON THE DATE OF ISSUE MENTIONED ON THE INVOICE. WARRANTY CLAIMS
SUBMITTED AFTER THIS PERIOD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. THE NUMBER OF COPIES OF A PRODUCT
