Object containing malicious code: it was detected by the scan that a section of the object's code is fully identical to a
section of the code of a known threat. Kaspersky Lab's experts do not recommend using such objects since they may
cause your device to be infected.

The time period during which you can use full functionality of a Kaspersky Lab application. Typically, validity period of a
license is one calendar year since its installation. After license expiry the program functionality becomes limited: you
cannot update the program database.

R E A L - T I M E P R O T E C T I O N
An program operation mode in which the object are scanned for malicious code in the real-time mode.
The program intercepts all attempts to open any object for reading, writing and execution and scans the object for the
presence of threats. Objects that are not infected will be passed through to the user; objects containing threats or
suspected of containing a threat will be processed in accordance with the task settings (disinfected, deleted, quarantined)
R E S T O R I N G
Relocation of the original object from Quarantine or Backup to its original folder where the object had been stored before
it was quarantined or disinfected, or to a user-defined folder.

The procedure of replacement / addition of new files (databases or program components), downloaded from the update
