ReportLevel=1…9 –component performance report detail level. The default
value is: 4.
Append=true|false – Append a new component performance report to the
end of the existing report file. If this option is set to false, the previous
report will be overwritten with the new report when the file is open. The
default value is: true.
A.3. Control signals for the smtpgw
component
You can manipulate the application using the special control signals listed in the
Table below:
TERM
QUIT
INT
Stop the application (see section 6.2 on page 54).
HUP
Restarts the application and reloads the configuration file, allowing
new settings to take effect.

Under Linux/Unix platforms, you can manage an application by creating special
management files:
.c_stats
Display application status statistics.
.c_recv_on
Start the Receiver module.
.c_recv_off
Stop the Receiver module.
.c_avir_on
Start the anti-virus scan module.
.c_avir_off
Stop the anti-virus scan module.
.c _send_on
Start the Sender module.
.c_send_off
Stop the Sender module.
