To stop your KAV for Firewall from the Windows
Program menu, follow the steps:
1. Click the Start button and point to Programs.
2. Point to KAV for Firewall.
3. Then point and click Stop KAV for Firewall.

the switches
You can start your KAV for Firewall from the command line where
options are selected by means of command line switches. The
general format of the KAV for Firewall command line is:
[path to the file]KAWALL [switch1] [switch2]…
[switchN]
To start the program use the command KAWALL /START.
To stop the program use the commands:
KAWALL /DOWN – stops
the program after it is finished current checking operations, and
KAWALL /STOP – stops the program immediately by interrupting the
current checking process.
Available switches:
/INSTALL — installs or reinstalls KAV for Firewall in the list of
Windows NT services.
/REMOVE — removes KAV for Firewall from the list of Windows NT
services.
/START — starts or restarts KAV for Firewall.
/DOWN[=time, min]
— stops the program after it is finished
current checking operations.
