The frequency of task startups in the Every days field and
the start time in the Schedule to run field.
For example, if the Every days field has a value of 2 and
the Schedule to run field has 15:00:00, the task will start
once every two days at 3 p.m.
The default value for the Every days field is 2 and the
current system time is the default task start time.
