. The logical network

administrator
The logical network administrator
or a group administrator. The administrator can
assign other administrators to his or her group and to the subgroups at any
hierarchical level. In addition, the administrator may change rights of the
subgroup administrators (at any hierarchical level), regardless of who originally
defined these rights.

networks. The package components are managed via the Kaspersky Anti-Virus
®
Control Centre
administrating program.
virus outbreak
A special type of virus threat when a virus is detected on several workstations at
the same time or within a short period of time. Symptoms of a virus outbreak (the

for special notification are defined in the server settings.
primary server
A computer storing the logical network configuration
. For this purpose the
computer must run the Kaspersky Anti-Virus
®
Server program.
group
A collection of servers
and the workstations attached to them. Several groups at
a certain hierarchy level may constitute a group of a higher level and etc. Groups
are not mandatory attributes of a logical network, but this feature can be very
useful if you manage a large network in a multiple-structure organization since it
increases the controllability of your logical network and allows you to assign a
particular administrator to each group on the network (group administrator
). The
logical network
itself can also be regarded as a group (the root group).
