To disable the Attention flag of the selected workstation, select the
Clear Attention flag command from the Object menu or press the
button in the toolbar.
9.6. Receiving e-mail from
workstations
We recommend the administrator to check his or her mailbox and review alerts
generated by Kaspersky Anti-Virus
®
tasks on a regular basis.
Alert messages from workstations are sent by the supervising server, which
forwards them to the specified addresses. The message subject and the FROM
address are specified in the server settings. The message text contains the alert,
the corresponding task name, the corresponding workstation name, and some
other information. The message text begins with the string predefined in the
server settings.
The general format of the alert message is:
<MESSAGE_TEXT>
Alert <ALERT> (sent <DATE> <TIME>)
The task <TASK>,
of the Kaspersky AV component <COMPONENT>
Workstation <WORKSTATION_NAME>,
sent an important alert <SEVERITY>.

Where:
<MESSAGE_TEXT> is the string defined in the server settings,
<ALERT> is the alert text;
<DATE>, <TIME> are the date and the time (respectively) when this alert was
generated;
<TASK> is the name of the task that generated this alert;
<COMPONENT> is the name of the component type to which the <TASK>
belongs;
<WORKSTATION_NAME> is the name of the workstation on which this task was
performed;
