A.7. Description of the MIB
(Management Information
Base) objects
In this section you will find descriptions for all objects of the
.iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.kaspersky.kavmilter branch.
Config – the node containing application configuration information. Parameters
located in subnodes of this node are identical to the parameters of the
application configuration files.
Global – general parameters required for application startup and operation
(correspond to [kavmilter.global] section parameters).
Snmp – parameters defining the interaction with the application via SNMP
(correspond to [kavmilter.snmp] section parameters).
Engine – parameters defining the anti-virus scanning procedure for e-mail
messages (correspond to [kavmilter.engine] section parameters).
Log – parameters defining application log options (correspond to
[kavmilter.log] section parameters).
Statistics – parameters defining application statistics logging (correspond to
[kavmilter.statistics] section parameters).
Path – parameters that define the paths to critical directories (correspond to
[path] section parameters).
Locale – parameters that define the date and time format used in the
reports (correspond to [locale] section parameters).
Groups – parameters of the groups which define mail processing rules.
configEvents – parameters used for sending SNMP traps related to
changes in application configuration.
ConfigReloaded – application reload status.
BasesReloaded – anti-virus databases reload status.
Stat – the node containing statistical information:
Messages – information about processed messages:
TotalMessages – total number of processed messages.
InfectedMessages – number of detected infected messages.
SuspiciousMessages – number of detected suspicious messages.
ScanedMessages – total number of scanned messages.
ProtectedMessages – number of detected protected messages.
ErrorMessages – number of messages which scans returned an error.
