Body – Die Cast, Chrome plated
Shackle - Hardened steel, Chrome plated
Locking mechanism - Double bolted, 4 dial combination locking
mechanism featuring an anti-manipulation locking system to prevent
intelligent manipulation attack.
To open the padlock:
1) Using the correct combination code, open the padlock by aligning the
dial wheels with the indicators on the lock body (pre-set factory
combination code 0-0-0-0) and depress the shackle
To lock the padlock:
1) Whilst in the open position, scramble the dial wheels and depress the
shackle into the body of the padlock until it locks
To reset the lock to a combination of your choice:
1) Open the padlock using the preset combination code
2) Insert the change key into the keyhole on the side of the padlock
3) Firmly press the key into the keyhole and turn 90 degress clockwise or
anti-clockwise. [IMPORTANT: Ensure the change key is fully depressed to avoid
losing the combination]
4) With the change key held at 90 degrees, reset the dials wheels to a
combination of your choice (we recommend that you record your new
combination code and store it in a safe place)
5) With your new combination code set, turn the change key through 90
degrees back to its original position and withdraw it from the key hole
6) Lock the padlock by scrambling the dial wheels and depressing the
shackle into the body of the padlock until it locks
