Application:
High-pressure cleaner
■ Set the dosage and temperature on the device
■ 80-150°C processing temperature.
■ Measure pH value. Nominal: 4.5 - 5. Change dosage where necessary.
■ Clean object evenly and quickly from top to bottom in overlapping sec-
tions.
■ Repeat procedure until a yellowish blue iron phosphate layer results.
■ Rinse surface with high-pressure cleaner and clear, hot water.
Parts cleaners
■ Blend formulation.
■ Measure pH value. Nominal: 4.5 - 5. Change dosage where necessary.
■ Pour the product into the parts cleaner in the appropriate dosage.
■ Set processing temperature, 80°C.
■ Regulate iron phosphate layer through reaction time.
■ Rinse surface with high-pressure cleaner and clear, hot water.
Instructions for use:
■ Ensure quick drying after treatment and for dry storage.
■ Observe the local wastewater discharge regulations.
■ Store away from frost.
