The wheels of my KB 5 seem stuck, what do I
do? This can happen when hair and dirt get
tangled in the wheel bearings. To remove the
tangled debris, use a small athead screw-
driver to gently pop out each wheel. We rec-
ommend placing the athead screwdriver
along the backside of each wheel (the non-
axel part of the wheel that has a larger space
in the back) and popping the wheel out.
Please be careful not to lose the axel in the
process. Once the hair and dirt has been
removed, simply pop the wheels back into
place.
I can’t get my KB 5 to pick up anything
beaneath my countertops, can you help? The
brush roll is located on the right side of the
KB 5 (when the charging port/LED light is
facing you). All dirt and debris pick up with
the KB 5 is thus oriented to the right. If you
are cleaning baseboards or stairs, please
make sure the right side of the machine
aligns with the edge of your baseboards/
stairs.
Where can I purchase spare parts for my KB
5? We do not offer replacement parts for the
