FAQS ■■ How do you assemble the handle on the KB 5? The handle of the KB 5 has a total of 6 parts. These parts include: the actual handle, 3 metal tubes (that will form the body of the handle) and 2 plastic connectors (that will connect the metal tubes together). Once you have located all of these pieces, arrange them in front of you in the following order: the plastic handle, one metal tube, one plastic connector, one metal tube, one plastic connector, and the final metal tube.
FAQS ■■ I don’t see an on/off button, how do I power on the machine? To power on your KB 5, simply pull back the handle. Once the handle is pulled back, you will hear the unit turn on and you are ready to clean! ■■ How do I empty the dirt container? Simply pull the dirt container out from the side of the unit and empty contents into a trash bin. ■■ How often do I need to empty the dirt container? We recommend emptying the dirt container after every use.
FAQS ■■ How do I charge my KB 5? The KB 5 features a lithium-ion battery and can be charged using the charging cord that comes with the unit. Simply plug the charger into a wall socket and insert the charging plug into the charging socket on the back of the unit. When charging, the LED indicator light on the back of the machine will flash green. Once charging is complete, the LED indicator light will remain green until you remove the machine from the charger.
FAQS ■■ The wheels of my KB 5 seem stuck, what do I do? This can happen when hair and dirt get tangled in the wheel bearings. To remove the tangled debris, use a small flathead screwdriver to gently pop out each wheel. We recommend placing the flathead screwdriver along the backside of each wheel (the nonaxel part of the wheel that has a larger space in the back) and popping the wheel out. Please be careful not to lose the axel in the process.
