Range selects a range
Normal: the tag operates in the normal range
Toggle The tag temporarily toggles between normal and reduced
temporarily: operating range but reverts to its prior persisting operating range
when the tag loses power
Reduced: the tag operates in the reduced operating range

TAM1 is used to check whether the selected tag is authentic.
