Lane Assignment
The reader can perform lane asignment (voting) to identify the most probable lane in which the OBU
resides. This is used when producing VOTE or POST messages to the Lane Controller. The settings for
voting method and voting communication are defined on the Lane Assignment page, shown below.
1. Go to the Lane Assignment page.
Result: The following screen appears.
The Lane Assignment algorithm block allows the voting method to be individually selected.
The voting methods are defined in the Glossary.
