LEDs solid green?
Contact Kapsch Service
for assistance

Replace Primary
CTM
All Primary STATUS
LEDs solid green?
Reboot Primary CTM
All Primary STATUS
LEDs solid green?
• Verify Primary PMS +5 and +15 LEDs
are solid green.
• Verify correct configuration file is
loaded.
• Verify Auto Recovery to Prime is
enabled.
• Verify SPM mode switch is set to Auto
