Troubleshooting tree: LPM Serial Port communications not working
Start
Symptom:
Status page shows LC Serial Link is down
• Verify serial cable connections from
the reader to the Lane Controller
pass a continuity test for open
circuit, high impedance, or short
circuit conditions.
• Verify LC serial communication
settings are configured correctly
