from the rising edge of the sync pulse to the rising
edge of the trigger pulse in the frame.

This value specifies, in 100 nanosecond (ns)
increments, how long the Reader will wait after
Reader-to-Reader synchronization has occurred
before firing the next tag acquisition sequence.
This value should be calculated based on the
length of the Sync Cable.
