Start Excel….
Click "File", then click "Open".
Example: select the file TPSWRLCD19990211.TXT by clicking on it twice.
A dialog box titled "Text Import Wizard - Step 1 of 3" appears.
A dialog box titled "Text Import Wizard - Step 2 of 3" appears.
Select "Delimited" for the
file type.
Click on "Next".
Select "Comma" for the Delimiters type.
Make sure you de-select all the other
delimiter types.
Do not select "Treat consecutive
delimiters as one".
Click on "Next".
