3.2 Add Supervisors and Users
• Select the main menu item "Supervisor" then click on the "Users" menu item. The Users information box is
displayed as shown below. The information box will not have any users in the list if this is the first time that
the list is displayed during the program installation procedure.
• Now click on the "Add User" button. The "Add User" dialog box is displayed.
• Now click on the down arrow
⎬ on the right hand side to view the "User Type" list.
• Select and click on the "Supervisor" type.
• Select the "User ID" box and type the Supervisor's name.
• Now click on the OK button. The new Supervisor's name is added to the current list.
