California Proposition 65
California's Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986) requires
businesses to provide California consumers with warnings about exposures to chemicals that can
cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These warnings enable Californians to make
informed buying decisions in regards to exposure to these chemicals. For more information about
