CLEANING
Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance to cool down.
Wipe the housing only with a moistened cloth or sponge.
Do not clean with any abrasive scouring pad or steel wool, as this will damage the finish.
The ceramic plate can also be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge. Use a commercially
available special cleansing agent for ceramic glass hobs and induction cooking plates to
remove stubborn stains or discolorations on the plate, and if necessary also a stainless steel
wool sponge.
Do not immerse in water or any other liquid.
OVERHEATING PROTECTION
The induction cooking plate is equipped with an overheating protection.
If your cooking plate overheats (empty pot or pan), a prolonged bleep will sound. After a few
minutes the cooking function will switch off automatically.
If you take the pot or pan from the plate during use, a bleep will sound as well and the lamps
will flash as a warning. Always switch off the appliance first before taking away the pot or pan.
