USE
First check that the voltage marked on the product is the same as your supply voltage.
Select a suitable position close to an electric socket, on a dry and even surface.
Make sure the control are in the OFF position (0 facing upwards). Plug in.
The invisible protective coating must be removed before you can use the appliance. To do this,
set the controls to the maximum setting and leave switched on for approximately 10 minutes.
Smoke will develop, make sure that the room is ventilated. Switch off the cooking plate and
allow to cool down completely. The cooking plate is now ready for use.
Always use flat-bottomed saucepans, which make good contact with the cooking plate. The
saucepan bases should ideally be of the same size as the cooking plate.
Select the temperature. The cooking plate has a range of temperatures.
Due to the cooking plate‟s construction, residual heat will remain after switching off. This may
be used to keep food warm for a short period.
After use, turn temperature dial to "0" and unplug iron from electrical outlet.
CLEANING
Before cleaning, unplug and wait for the appliance to cool down.
