‘Slow Cook’ Setting
This program enables you to cook food at low temperature, in liquids,
for an extended period of time.
• Place the food to be slow cooked in the cooking pot.
• Place the lid on the pressure cooker and lock it in place by turning it
counter-clockwise.
• Turn the steam release knob to the Release position.
• Press the Menu button several times until the ‘Slow Cook’ LED lights
up.
Note: This function will cook food at 180F/190F
