Q5: How to start monitoring sleep?
The watch doesn’t show sleep monitor icon directly on the screen. It will
monitor your sleep quality during 8 PM to 9 AM automatically when you
wear it on your wrist correctly. For the sleep quality analysis, please
check more information in the App.
Below is the detecting sleep quality theory for your reference.
Analyze the user's sleep staging based on the PPG and RRI data of the
acceleration of gravity and above.
No action for more than 15 minutes was judged to be a deep sleep.
When the activity of the vagus nervous system is high, it is judged as the
REM period.
when the amount of exercise is small is judged to be a light sleep.
Q6: When can the sleep be monitored?
This smart watch can monitor and analyze the sleep during 20:00 and
9:00. It means the sleep during other time will not be monitored.
Please notice if you sleep after 20:00 and wake up after 9:00, the sleep
will be monitored normally.
For example, fall asleep at 23:00, wake up at 10:00. The watch will
monitor and analyze your sleep time till 10:00 AM
Don't move around frequently when you sleep. If you wear it too loosely,
it will move on your wrist, which will send a false signal that you are
awake.
