Warranty and maintenance terms and conditions
1、 Detailed rules for replacement
● the company shall provide free replacement service for the repair
of products meeting the following conditions within 3 months:
1. Inspection period: within 5 days after receiving the equipment,
the user shall detect the appearance and hardware damage of
equipment and articles according to the company's testing standards
within this time. If the user has no objection within this time,
it shall be deemed as qualified by the user.
2. Scope:
A. Equipment failure due to its own quality;
B. Hardware damage caused by transportation of equipment;
C. Other defects confirmed by the company;
3. Requirements:
A. Provide detailed description of fault and reason, including
necessary text description and photo description;
B. With
