FAQ

My previous pump was a single-speed pump and this one is a two-speed pump with an
extra wire, how do I hook it up?
The two-speed pump does have an extra wire so you can run it on low or high speed which is
much more energy efficient than the single speed. Instructions on how to wire the pump with
the two-speed function are in the manual. If you have additional questions or need help with the
wiring, contact our Technical Support Team at (844)-242-2475
The pump is not pulling as strong as my previous pump, and I can see air bubbles below the
lid, why is this happening?
Ensure there is no air coming in through a leak. If there is no leak, make sure the union nut and
adapter have their O-rings secured and are in the correct position. Also check the O-ring on the
lid. O-Rings can move when removing the lid so make sure they are in their correct position when
replacing.
My pump will not prime. What should I do?
Make sure the pump is on high speed during the priming process. If the pump is not in a flooded
suction (water source higher than the pump), application, remove the trap cover and fill the trap
and pump with water. Make sure the pump is on high speed and turn it on.
My previous pump had a switch to move from 230V to 115V, where is that switch on this
pump?
Our two speed pumps run exclusively on 230V, using less energy and running more efficiently in
the long term.
