Exxel Outdoors Limited One-Year Warranty (applies to Sleeping Bags)
Limited Warranty:
This Exxel Outdoors Sleeping Bag is warranted to be free from defects in
workmanship and materials from one year of purchase determined by the date
marked on the original purchase receipt. Only valid with proof of purchase. If
your Exxel Outdoors Sleeping Bag needs repair or replacement due to a
defect in workmanship or materials, please contact the retailer from where it
was purchased.
Limitations on Warranty:
The warranty on Exxel Outdoors Sleeping Bags is limited to the warranty set
forth above. Such warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear, natural
hazard damage (i.e., weather, animals, ultraviolet [UV] damage), or to abuse,
negligence, improper repairs, alterations, modifications, or if the Exxel
Outdoors Sleeping Bag is used other than in the manner intended. There are
no other warranties that extend beyond the description above. Proof of
purchase is required for warranty or replacement.
