Service
• Any electrical work required to do the
servicing of the appliance should be car-
ried out by a qualified electrician or com-
petent person.
• This product must be serviced by an au-
thorized Service Centre, and only genu-
ine spare parts must be used.
Environment Protection
This appliance does not contain gasses
which could damage the ozone layer,
in either its refrigerant circuit or insula-
tion materials. The appliance shall not
be discarded together with the urban
refuse and rubbish. The insulation foam
contains flammable gases: the appli-
ance shall be disposed according to
the applicable regulations to obtain
from your local authorities. Avoid dam-
aging the cooling unit, especially at the
rear near the heat exchanger. The ma-
terials used on this appliance marked
by the symbol
are recyclable.

Switching on
Insert the plug into the wall socket.
Press the ON/OFF switch .
The Pilot Light will light up.
Switching off
The freezer is shut off by pressing the ON/
OFF switch until the Pilot light and the Tem-
perature indicator switched off.
Temperature regulation
The temperature can be adjusted between
-15°C and -24°C.
By pressing the Temperature regulators ,
the current temperature setting flashes on
the Temperature indicator. It is possible to
modify the setting temperature only with
flashed indicator. To set a warmer tempera-
ture, press warmest Temperature regula-
tor . To set a colder temperature, press
coldest Temperature regulator. The Tem-
perature indicator displays the newly selec-
ted temperature for a few seconds and
then shows again the inside compartment
temperature.
The newly selected-temperature must be
reached after 24 hours.
Caution! During the stability period by
the first starting the temperature
displayed can not correspond to the
setting temperature.
Temperature indicator
During normal functioning the Temperature
indicator shows the temperature inside the
freezer.
Important! Difference between the
temperature displayed and temperature
setting is normal. Especially when:
• a new setting has recently been selected.
• the door has been left open for a long
time.
• warm food has been placed in the com-
partment.
Fast freezing function
You can activate the Fast freezing function
by pressing the Fast freezing button.
The Fast freezing light will light up.
