INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Part Number: VF3017
1. Locate the access panel under the hood (passenger side). Fig. 1
2. Lift the rubber seal o of the access panel. Fig. 2
3. Locate and remove the three plastic rivets by taking the center pins out and then removing the bases. Fig. 3 & 4
4. Remove the access panel by lifting up and sliding it towards the center of the vehicle. Fig. 5
5. Remove the cabin lter top cover by pressing in the tab on the side. Fig. 6 & 7
6. Remove the dirty cabin lter and clean any debris that might be present in the cabin lter housing. Fig. 8
7. Install the K&N
®
cabin lter. Fig. 9
8. Reverse steps 1 – 5 to complete the installation. With the Cabin Filter installed, apply the K&N
®
Stop Decal.
The decal will help notify others that this is a reusable cabin lter.
When applicable, refer to owner’s manual for manufacturers installation/removal instructions. The following are
helpful steps when replacing/servicing cabin air lter with K&N
®
cabin air lter.
