1. Locate and remove two screws which secure the stock intake tube. Remove stock intake tube. (Fig.1.)
2. Locate and unlatch two clips which are located at the top of the vehicle’s air box. Remove the factory air
box base, then, remove the stock air filter. (Fig.2)
3. Place the K&N® air filter into the base of the airbox. If properly positioned, the two tabs on the K&N® air
filter will be at rest inside the two tabs in the air box.
4. Verify air filter was placed correctly into the air box. (Fig. 3.)
5. Re-install the air box base and secure by relatching the clips that were unlatched in step two.
6. Re-install the stock intake tube and secure with the two screws that were removed in step one.

OTHERWISE THE FILTER MAY NOT SEAL, AND DAMAGE TO THE ENGINE COULD RESULT.
