Attention: Do not use the grill and meat
thermometer in microwave cookers.
1.Use
Note
Do not use the thermometer at an oven
temperature higher than 22C.
Clean the thermometer before using it for the first
time.
The thermometer measures the internal
temperature of the meat and correctly displays to
you the meats degree of cooking. On the dial of the
grill and meat thermometer you can see when the
desired grade of roasting is reached. To be able to
check continuously, leave the thermometer in the
meat throughout the cooking process. You will get
the best temperature display if you insert the
thermometer into the side of the meat, to a depth of
approx. 4 cm.
It is important to push the thermometer in from
the side of the meat so that at least two thirds of
the probe penetrates, in order to achieve an
optimum exact measurement.

You can also insert the thermometer into the meat
from above, as long as you ensure that at least two
thirds of the probe penetrates.
Please note that the thermometer must be inserted
into the meat for at least 20 seconds before it
displays the correct temperature. The thermometer
is equally suited for use in a pan, on the grill, or in
the oven. Do not use the thermometer in a closed
oven at a temperature higher than 220°C.
Recommended temperature: 75°C
2.Cleaning
Note
If you clean the thermometer immediately after
use, condensation may form on the display. This
persists only very briefly, and disappears of its
own accord.
The thermometer is dishwasher-safe, but it can also
be cleaned under running water with a little
detergent.
The grill and meat thermometer complies with legal
regulations relating to foodstuffs.
