Answer: If it does not work, you can first CHECK: 1. Whether the the positive and negative poles
of the batteries are installed correctly; 2. Try to replace other BRAND NEW batteries, pay
attention to whether all the batteries are in contact with the shrapnel of the ± pole; 3. LONG
PRESS the power button to turn on. (Please DO NOT use rechargeable batteries)
If it still doesn't work, please contact us and we will 100% fix your concern.
Question 2: What should I do if the device I received is used or broken?
Answer: If you received a USED/broken device, please contact us and we will send you a
replacement without any cost. It is your right to get a brand new device. All our products are
delivered by Amazon, and we send to Amazon's Warehouses only new units. Amazon delivered
very rarely the returned units for other customers. We cannot intervene in this part of the
shipment. When this happens, please contact us.
Question 3: Can I return it?
Answer: Of course you can return it. In addition, we are very happy to listen to your opinions or
suggestions that would help our Engineering and QA guys for root cause analysis and further
improvement for customers better using experience.
Question 4: How to take clear images?
Answer: You need to rotate the focus wheel until the image you see is sharp before shooting or
recording video, and then you can press the shot button to take images.
Question 5: Why can't I take photos/videos?
Answer: Please confirm whether the TF card is inserted (maximum support 128GB), and whether
the card is inserted in place or reversed. If the device does not recognize the card, it cannot take
pictures and videos. Please format the TF card before taking photos/videos (press Menu button
and find the option to format TF card).
Question 6: What is the viewing distance during the day and night?
Answer: The viewing distance during the day is 3m-infinite. You can get a good visual effect
within 300m. The viewing distance at night is 250-300m. You can get a good visual effect within
100m.
