Advanced operations
You can choose the time display mode for an Audio CD
or Video CD disc in the display on the front panel and in
the on-screen display.

• For Audio CD: During playback or while stopped
For Video CD: While stopped
1 Press ON SCREEN.
The on-screen display appears on the TV screen.
2 Use CURSOR a/v to move [_ to [TIME
SELECT].

3 Press ENTER.
Each time you press ENTER, the time mode
changes as follows:
During playback (for Audio CD)
EACH
(current track elapsed time)
EACH REMAIN
(current track remaining time)
TOTAL
(disc elapsed time)
TOTAL REMAIN
(disc remaining time)
While stopped
EACH
(Elapsed time of the current track)
EACH REMAIN
(Remaining time of the current track)
TOTAL
(Total elapsed time of the disc)
TOTAL REMAIN
(Total remaining time of the disc)
• When you select "EACH REMAIN" while stopped, you can
change the track by pressing I_1<or I_Pd.
You can dim the brightness of the display window.
