Using the DVD MULTI Playback Mode

This receiver provides the DVD MULTI playback mode for reproducing the analog discrete output mode of the DVD

player.

Nots:

When connecting a DVD player to the component video input

jacks, make the component video input setting correctly. See

page 30 for details.

appears on the display.

Note:

When you select _DVD MULTI" aS the source to play, the San'sand

and DSP modes are ¢.ancoled, and the SURROUND and DSP

buttons do not work.

2. Selec_ the analog discrete outpnt mode on the

DVD player, and start playing a DVD,

You can adjt_st Digital l_tmlization pattenls and speaker output

Notes:

• Midnight Mode is not available for DVD MULTI playback mode (see

page 20).

• When using a headphones, you con listen to the front channels (left

and fight) ecty..
