TROUBLESHOOTING Symptom Turn the power off, then check to be sure the terminals of the speaker wires are insulated properly. Turn the power on again. “PROTECTING SEND SERVICE” appears. Send the unit to the nearest service center. Source cannot be selected. Check the [SOURCE SELECT] setting. ( 4) DAB reception is poor. Make sure [ON] is selected for [DAB ANT POWER]. ( 7) “CHK ANTENNA” Check the DAB antenna. If a passive antenna (without a booster) is used, set [DAB ANT POWER] to [OFF].
TROUBLESHOOTING • Make sure JVC MUSIC PLAY APP is installed on the Android device. ( 9) • Reconnect the Android device and select the appropriate control mode.
