Digital Still Camera preparation

Connect the Digital Still Camera
with the PC using the provided
PC Connection Cable.
•See “Connections” on page 9 for details.

Turn the power on.

Set the Digital Still Camera to the
PC-Mode.
TRANSFERRING IMAGES FROM THE DIGITAL STILL CAMERA TO PC
Be sure to start up MGI PhotoSuite SE first (refer to “Starting up MGI PhotoSuite SE” on page 11).
PC operation

Select “File”—“Import”—“Select
Device”, then click on the
“DS_SERIAL” icon and click “OK”.

Select “File”—“Import”—“Ac-
quire” to start transferring im-
ages from the Digital Still Camera
to the PC.
•After images are automatically transferred to
the PC, an index of their thumbnail images
will appear in the camera window.

Double-click the image you wish
to open.
•The selected image is displayed at full size.
PC preparation

Double-click the hard disk icon.

Double-click the “Applications”
folder.

Double-click the “MGI PhotoSuite
SE” folder and double-click the
“MGI PhotoSuite SE” icon.
•MGI PhotoSuite SE starts up.
