Troubleshooting
If you suspect a problem, please check the following items before requesting repair.
Symptom Cause and Solution
The monitor does not turn
on!
(The LED indicator is o.)
• Make sure the monitor AC power cord is plugged.

• Check if the POWER switch is turned on.
The screen does not come
on!
• Check if cables are connected correctly.

• Check if the workstation is turned on.
• If the LED indicator is orange, the workstation may be
in power save mode. Press any key on the keyboard
to wake up the workstation.
• “DP Power” function may be selected OFF. Please turn
on a monitor by the stand-by key or the main switch.
• The input signal frequency or display resolution
may not be appropriate for the monitor. Refer to
the workstation instruction manual and adjust the
frequency and/or resolution.
“No Signal” appears…
• Check if signal cables are connected correctly.

• Check if your workstation turns on.
• The monitor resolution may not be appropriate for
the monitor. Refer to the workstation instruction
manual and adjust resolution.
LED indicator keeps ashing
in green.
Turn o the main power switch, and after ve seconds,
turn it on again. If the error status still remains, please
consult your dealer.
Images on workstation are
not displayed properly.
Images might not be displayed well by the
combinations of graphics card, driver and OS etc. For
recommended graphics cards, please consult your
dealer.
Monitor remains black
during using daisy-chain.
Depending on your environment, the monitor may
not wake up from power save during daisy-chain
connection. In this case,
tap
the stand-by key and turn
on your monitor again.
