When a failure is suspected...
Symptom Cause and Solution
The monitor won't turn on!
(The LED indicator is o󰀨.)
• Make sure the monitor is plugged (
P25).
• Check if the monitor is turned on.
The screen doesn't come
on!
• Check if cables are connected correctly
(
P22-P24).
• Check if the computer is turned on.
• If the LED indicator is orange, the computer may be in
power saving mode. Press any key on the keyboard to
wake up the computer.
• The input signal frequency or screen resolution may not
be appropriate for the monitor. Refer to the computer
instruction manual and adjust the frequency and/or
resolution.
Images are not displayed
properly!
•Such as image size and
position are not displayed
properly!
•Image on the screen is not
synchronized!
• Run AUTO ADJUST (
P32).
• If AUTO ADJUST didn’t work, perform Reset (
P34).
• The screen resolution may not be appropriate for the
monitor. Refer to the computer instruction manual and
adjust resolution.
Displayed colors don't
seem right!
• Check if the signal cables are connected correctly
(
P22-P24).
• Adjust COLOR MODE Settings (
P31).
The screen is too dark/
bright or saturated!
• Adjust the BACKLIGHT (
P31) or Operate AUTO
ADJUST (
P32).
