Function and temperature selector
Use the function and temperature selector to set the type of
heating and temperature.
Burner knob
You can use the four burner knobs to adjust the heat setting of
the hotplates.
When you switch on the cooker, the indicator lamp lights up.
Cooking compartment
The oven light is located in the cooking compartment. A cooling
fan protects the oven from overheating.
Oven light
During oven operation, the oven light is on. You can switch on
the oven light without putting the oven into operation by setting
the function and temperature selector to
\.
Appliance cooling
The fan runs when the oven is in operation. The hot air escapes
through the oven door. Caution! The ventilation opening must
not be blocked. Otherwise, the oven will overheat.
Accessories
The accessories can be inserted in the oven at 4 different
levels.
You can pull out the accessories two-thirds of the way without it
tilting. This allows meals to be taken out easily.
Heat may cause the accessory to deform. As soon as the
accessory cools down, it regains its original shape. Its function
is not impaired.
Hold the baking tray securely on the sides with both hands and
push it parallel into the frame. Avoid movements to the right or
left when pushing the baking tray in. Otherwise, it will be difficult
to push the tray in and the enamelled surfaces could be
damaged.
You can order optional accessories from the after-sales service,
from specialist retailers or online. Always specify the JZ
number.
